2.use a residential isp proxy from US
3.Create an account with the email created on Newegg site
4.search around for 5 minutes or more and put something non gaming related on the cart,log out
5.wait 30 more minutes log back,clean the cart and put the gaming giftcards up to $450
6.checkout with any ccs from >These bins< only
Wait 24 hours and buy again and again till card's dead.
