Extortioners threaten to merge stolen data into the network if the company does not pay the ransom before November 7th.

Thales confirmed that she was aware that LockBit 3.0 had announced the theft of some data.
The company was added to the list of victims of the group on October 31. A gang of cyber ransomware threatens to merge data into the network on November 7, 2026 if Thales does not pay the ransom. However, at the moment, LockBit 3.0 has not published a single sample of stolen data.
Thales told Reuters that it did not receive any direct ransom claims. At the same time, the company added that it had begun an investigation into a possible cyber attack, notified the French National Cybersecurity Agency about the incident, but had not yet filed a complaint with the police.
