The indictment states that since 2009, more than 11 million electronic books have been placed in the library. Also, law enforcement officers turned off and seized 249 library domains.
Russian citizens were arrested on November 3 in the Argentine city of Cordoba. Russians came to Argentina from St. Petersburg.
